By accessing or using X-X:iN ("the App", "the Service"), operated under Cherry Heart / ami group, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using X-X:iN, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Nature of the Service

X-X:iN provides interactive experiences with AI-generated virtual characters ("the Girls" — Sha, Nova, Niz, Cho.en, Luna). These characters are entirely fictional and powered by artificial intelligence, including large language models and generative voice/video technology. Nothing said or shown by these characters reflects real people, real events, or factual claims. Conversations, voice replies, and videos are AI-generated and may be inaccurate, repetitive, or unexpected.

4. Free Trial & Subscriptions

• New users receive a limited free trial period.
• After the trial ends, continued use requires an active paid subscription plan.
• Subscriptions are billed via PayPal on a recurring basis until cancelled by the user.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Users in certain regions may be offered free access temporarily at the Service's discretion; this is not guaranteed to continue indefinitely.

5. Refund Policy

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, except where required by applicable law. Contact support for billing issues.

6. User Data

We store limited account information (phone number, display name, subscription status) to operate the Service. Voice messages you send may be processed by third-party AI services (including speech-to-text and text-to-speech providers) solely to generate responses. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the Service's underlying AI systems or data.
• Do not use the Service to generate or share harmful, illegal, or exploitative content.

8. No Real Relationship Disclaimer

The Girls are AI characters, not real people, licensed counselors, or companions in a legal or emotional sense. The Service is intended for entertainment purposes and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice, therapy, or genuine human relationships.

9. Intellectual Property

All characters, branding, visuals, and content associated with X-X:iN are the property of Cherry Heart / ami group and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated content, service interruptions, or third-party payment processing issues.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
